With a foundation in contemporary dance, Fabian enjoys working through movement and imagery to create dynamic work in settings like Sadler’s Wells, The Royal Opera House and even Strictly Come Dancing’s dance floor.

His journey led to roles at allplants and various fast-paced startups, where an interest in creative production was cultivated. At allplants, Fabian held diverse roles, including Creative Content Executive and Shoot Producer, successfully peer-managing creative projects and leading cross-disciplinary teams, collaborating closely with business stakeholders. This experience enabled the creation of impactful, traffic-driving content in various formats. From conceptualisation to delivery, managing budgets, coaching talent on set, and coordinating complex shoots helped boost his confidence and inter-professional skills with expertise and enjoyment extending to briefing, creative development, and maintaining studio resources, equipment, and schedules.

A passion for creative exploration extends beyond dance and production. Spending personal time in photography and printmaking, Fabian‘s multi-disciplinary approach enriches perspectives and allows for unique angles in approaching projects with a dedication to producing dynamic, accessible creative work.
